Sarath Chandra Boyapati is Principal Conservation Architect, leading a multidisciplinary team of conservation professionals at GN Heritage Matters - conservation division of Gayathri & Namith Architects, Bangalore. He holds multiple degrees in Architecture and Architectural Conservation from both the University of Gulbarga and the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi and has worked with various public and private sector projects including the preservation of the World Heritage Site at Hampi. He started the practice M/s. Heritage Matters at Bangalore in 2011 after assisting Hampi World Heritage Area Management Authority, Government of karnataka for nearly 7 years. Since the establishment of the firm, more than 50 projects under various themes namely architectural conservation, conservation planning, conservation research and Interpretation were undertaken. He is also the Project Manager for Deccan Heritage Foundation managing the conservation projects in the Deccan Region.
